About Chadwick Cagle Georgia
Technical Training, Management Education, and a Career Built on the Production Floor
Chadwick Cagle Georgia grew up in Pineview, a small town in rural Wilcox County, and graduated from Wilcox County High School in Rochelle in 1993. That environment instilled early lessons about accountability, self-reliance, and the importance of doing work that lasts. After high school, he pursued Aircraft Structural Technology at Middle Georgia Technical College in Warner Robins, completing the program in 2001. That technical foundation became the basis for everything that followed.
His career began on the production floor, working directly with aircraft structures in MRO and aerospace manufacturing environments. Chadwick Cagle Georgia learned the discipline required when precision matters and mistakes carry real consequences. Over time, he moved into production planning, lean manufacturing, and process improvement roles, applying his technical knowledge to larger operational challenges. In 2006, he earned a Bachelor of Science in Management from Park University, formalizing the leadership skills he had been developing through hands-on experience.
Chadwick Cagle Georgia's approach to leadership is shaped by the belief that effective managers must understand the work their teams perform. His technical background allows him to communicate credibly with production technicians, recognize real constraints in manufacturing processes, and make decisions grounded in operational reality. He has focused consistently on safety, quality, and compliance, understanding that these standards are not administrative requirements but the foundation of responsible aerospace work.
Throughout his career, he has emphasized workforce development and team building. Strong teams are built through clear expectations, consistent standards, and leaders who stay involved in the details. Chadwick Cagle Georgia believes that production floor presence matters more than office-based management, and that the best decisions are made by people who understand what's actually happening in real time.
Now based in Fayetteville, Georgia, Chadwick Cagle Georgia is a father and grandfather who remains deeply connected to his Georgia roots. Outside of work, he enjoys boating on South Georgia lakes, playing golf, building woodworking projects, and taking on home renovation challenges. He is also a dedicated follower of University of Georgia athletics. These pursuits reflect the same values that guide his professional work: craftsmanship, attention to detail, and building things that last.
